Wild Wellness Tincture: Support for conscious indulgence & celebration

Wild Wellness Tincture

Life is meant to be enjoyed. Laughing too loudly, dancing a little weird, saying yes to what feels alive. If that sometimes includes mind-altering substances, no judgment here. This tincture is my way of giving your body a loving assist: use it leading up to, during, and after your experience to support the natural processes that can leave us feeling blah—foggy-headed, puffy, or just off. Think of it as a friendly nudge toward balance, not a hall pass to overdo it.

What it is

A small-batch liver-loving blend of dandelion root, milk thistle seed, burdock root, and nettles, extracted slowly for maximum plant goodness. Bitters to spark digestion, allies to support liver resilience, and mineral-rich greens to replenish—so you can savor joy and feel good the next day, too.

Why I made it

I believe in conscious indulgence, pleasure with care. After years of learning what my body needs, I wanted a simple ritual that says: Have your fun, and be kind to yourself. This formula reflects that in its earthy foundation rooted with a traditional blend of herbs I trust.

Herb spotlight

Dandelion Root

  • Classic bitter that signals your body to get digestive juices flowing.

  • Traditionally used to support healthy bile flow—helpful when food/drink are richer than usual.

  • Feels like: a tidy-up for the “after heavy dinner” slump.

Milk Thistle Seed

  • Famous for silymarin, a flavonoid complex studied for supporting liver cell integrity and antioxidant defenses.

  • Think of it as a gentle shield + reset for hard-working liver cells.

Burdock Root

  • Earthy, nourishing alternative (traditionally used to promote the body’s natural cleansing pathways).

  • Contains inulin (a prebiotic fiber) that can be friendly to the gut.

  • Teams up beautifully with dandelion to balance heavy meals and late nights.

Nettles

  • Mineral-rich green (hello, potassium, magnesium, iron).

  • Traditionally used as a mild diuretic & pairs well with hydration when you’re feeling puffy or sluggish.

The synergy

  • Bitters + bile flow (dandelion, burdock) set up digestion and help your body process what’s coming.

  • Liver resilience (milk thistle) offers antioxidant backup while your liver does its job.

  • Replenish & flush (nettles) supports gentle fluid balance and replaces what late nights can deplete.
Together, they create a steady, non-jittery “support current” you can ride before, during, and after the fun.

How to use (ritual, not rules)

  • Leading up to: 1–2 dropperfuls (1–2 mL) in a splash of water 20–30 minutes before the first drink or rich meal.

  • During: 1 dropperful between rounds or with water.

  • After / next morning: 1–2 dropperfuls on waking, plus a big glass of water (bonus points: add lemon and a pinch of mineral salt).
Taste is earthy-bitter; take straight, or dilute in sparkling water with a citrus wedge.

  • My gentle reminder! This tincture is support, not permission to drive impaired or push past your limits. Please be safe, eat something, hydrate, and sleep.
