CannaMend Salve

CannaMend Salve

soothe • relieve • restore
cannabis • calendula • arnica with tea tree + eucalyptus for a soft, clean lift

This salve was born from long days outside during my time working on the homestead in Selçuk, Turkey—digging, lifting, pruning, playing and returning home with tight shoulders and skin irritations from touching different plants and herbs out in the fields. A dear friend in Maine grows cannabis organically; I slow-infused those flowers in organic coconut oil, then blended in my calendula and arnica infusions with organic coconut oil. The result is a small-batch, plant-powered balm for bodies. Ideal for gardeners, hikers, movers, lifters, and makers!

Plant Spotlight

Cannabis

Traditionally used for soothing comfort in overworked areas. As a topical, it supports a sense of ease in muscles, joints, and tense spots without intoxicating effects. Coconut oil carries the infusion beautifully and melts right into skin.

Arnica

A classic for post-effort soreness and the appearance of bruising. It’s the one I reach for after gardening marathons or long hikes—it helps everything feel a little less “loud.”

Calendula

The skin’s gentle guardian. Calendula is loved for soothing, supporting repair, and keeping outdoor skin comfy—think wind, sun, bug bites, chafing, and general crankiness. It rounds out the salve so it’s not just for muscles, but for skin care, too.

How to use

  • Warm a pea-sized amount between clean fingers and massage into the ailing areas

  • Reapply as needed

  • For skin crankiness (dry, wind-chapped, bug-bitten), tap a thin layer over clean, dry skin.

There is something very satisfying about pouring the dark green liquid into the tin and watching it change color as it sets.
The result is a silky smooth green salve with a zesty scent!
