Once a boundary-pusher and chronic people-pleaser, I’ve entered my 40s in a season of realignment—trading achievement and external validation for balance, presence, and listening to my inner guidance. I walked away from the stable life I’d spent years building and set out on a year of traveling the world—learning, slowly, how to loosen my grip on control and find peace in the stillness of my own mind. What began as escape turned into deep transformation. Now, I’m exploring what it means to come home to myself—mind, body, and spirit. In a world that feels increasingly uncertain, slowing down and rediscovering who I am beneath the identity I built has been equal parts grounding, liberating and excruciating.
