About Me






Once a relentless boundary-pusher and chronic people-pleaser, I find myself entering my 4th decade in a season of deep transformation, led by desire for balance and presence. After years of chasing achievement and validation through others, I made the bold decision to step away from my career and the life I had built, trading stability and the familiar for a year of world travel, self-discovery, and unlearning years of negative self talk and cultural norms that we often aren’t even aware of. I believe in the power of community and my intention is to use this platform as a way to connect with others, because I know I am not alone!
